Free Express Shipping in Australia

Express Shipping is free for orders shipped in Australia over AUD$100.

Within Australia

Free Shipping: Orders over AUD$100

Express Australia Post: $15 (flat rate per order)

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. In general orders should be received within 5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas and depends on the postal service.

International

Orders will be shipped internationally at a flat rate of AU$30

International orders are sent via Australia Post. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area. In most cases your order should arrive in 5 – 10 business days.

Import Duties: Overseas taxes, duties or tariffs may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country.

The customer is responsible for any local government import and duties. Please check your local government regulations. The Postal Service will not be able to deliver your goods unless the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are fully paid.

Order Processing Times

We aim to have all orders processed within 1 business days from time of placing the order.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

The time frames above are estimates only, and Crofto makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

60 days, no fuss returns policy.

We know it can be hard shopping online, especially for clothing! The colour may not suit you or the size might not be quite right. That’s why here at CROFTO we have a no fuss returns policy. If you need to return your purchase for whatever reason within 60 days of purchase just send us an email at info@crofto.com.au to let us know and we’ll be in touch with you to provide return instructions.

Please note that all returns must be in it’s original condition, unworn and with original tags.

Return postage is to be covered by the customer however if exchanging we will send the replacement out express post at no charge.

Got a Fault?

Here at CROFTO we make every effort to make sure your gear is 100% awesome, we know that sometimes things just slip through the cracks. In this rare instance, please drop us a line at info@crofto.com.au and we’ll either send out a post bag for your return or we’ll refund your postage when the package arrives. If available, we’ll replace the product, or you can get a full refund or credit.
